"Mindful Somatic Movement Practice + Yoga"
A conscious movement-based practice incorporating gentle, experiential somatic approaches and movement practices to support tension release, embodiment, and integration.
Discover mindful movement, breath awareness, and restorative practices where the focus is not on performance or achieving a particular shape, but on listening, sensing, and remembering the body's wisdom.
Alongside individual exploration, participants are invited into a small community setting where shared presence, connection, and co-regulation can become part of the practice. This intimate format allows for a slower pace, personalized attention, and the opportunity to deepen awareness over time.
