Somatic Yoga for the Nervous System

A 2-hour introductory somatic yoga workshop exploring gentle, body-based practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and internal awareness.

We’ll move between guided somatic movement, experiential practices, and integration space. The session is designed to support participants in exploring what safety, support, and regulation feel like in the body in an accessible way.

Session includes:

  • Grounding / arrival

  • Intention setting

  • Gentle somatic movement

  • Brief educational integration (nervous system awareness)

  • Resourcing practices

  • Rest + reflection

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
