My name is Jenna,
and my journey began with a powerful realization during meditation: I wanted to help others heal. Leaving a corporate job, I embraced the healing arts, following my intuition and passion for meaningful transformation. My training in somatic therapy, yoga, and energy healing uniquely equips me to guide others in reconnecting with themselves on a deep, holistic level.
I understand what it's like to feel sensitive to the world. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I've turned what was once seen as a weakness into a powerful strength. I create a space where sensitivity is celebrated as a gift, allowing us to deeply explore the subtle cues of our minds and bodies.
Healing Together
Healing is not a journey we take alone. It thrives in the warmth of community and compassionate support. At the heart of my work are our group experiences and workshops where we connect through rhythm and movement, giving you a chance to experience a sense of support through the vehicle of your body. Together, we create a sense of belonging that allows true transformation to unfold. For example, one participant shared how being part of the group helped them feel seen and heard for the first time, allowing them to release long-held tension and find a sense of peace they hadn't experienced before.

Our bodies hold the memories of our experiences, storing difficult emotions and past events that can impact our health and well-being if left unaddressed. Through somatic counselling, private yoga sessions, and group support, we use the wisdom of the body to guide our healing.
